Great resource for people interested in figuring out and applying lucid dreaming techniques and to learn more about themselves through this process. Really appreciate Waggoner's writing style and approach to a subject matter that seems to be mystified. He has pointers throughout the book and compiles them again at the end of the book. He mentions that becoming lucid while dreaming could be easily accomplished by being curious about it. I found myself being lucid within 2 days of reading this book and applied his simple technique for flying better in dreams and viola -- flying mission accomplished...Of course there are more in-depth matters one can probe into while lucid dreaming which is outlined in quite detail. Very good read!
