Changed my diet. This book is a great reference and filled with information, backed by studies. It is broken down into sections of the most common causes of death so easy to jump back and forth based on what sections interest you the most. I recommend this to any one that is concerned with their health and want to make positive changes. Some are easier to do than others, such as 1 tablespoon of flax a day, vs never eating dairy. But, all are well researched and backed by facts.
