This classic and old 1960’s drama tells the story of an expensive escort by the name of Holly who meets a young man seeking to be a writer after he moves into the same apartment building as her. Sadly, he is with a very wealthy older woman. Holly knows this won’t last long since she is trying to marry an older, rich man, and she has her eyes on him. The performances by Audrey Hepburn and George Peppard are incredible as they both dive into their characters, and the director of the film did a wonderful job at capturing certain moods. I would rate this cinematic classic 4.5/5 stars and recommend it to those looking for a dramatic movie that is well performed. @The_Reviewer of the Teen Review Board at the Hamilton Public Library Breakfast At Tiffany’s is known as one of the most iconic, glamorous, and fashionable movies pretty much ever. Audrey Hepburn is best known for her fabulous performance as Holly Golightly, the wild, beautiful, and very strange protagonist of this film. There are parts of this film that I really enjoyed, such as Holly’s stylish outfits, and the song that she sings called “Moon River,” which Henry Mancini and Johnny Mercer wrote and composed for this film. Although there definitely were some aspects that really weren’t entertaining or enjoyable, therefore I would rate this film 3.5/5 stars. - @reginaphalange of the Teen Review Board at the Hamilton Public Library
