This was better than the Power of Three because it does keep you guessing as to the identity of the woman. Is she who she claims to be? Or something else? I got thrown for a loop and I liked that. What bogged the book down was the back story of the parents- there was nothing interesting reading about their lives and what they did as the years drifted by as it had very little bearing to the main mystery, adding unnecessary pages.
