She Marches in Chinatown: A Documentary

Watch this award-winning short documentary, celebrating the Seattle Chinese Community Girls Drill Team. It is the only one of its kind in the world, founded by Ruby Chow in 1952.

Despite gentrification, Title IX and a global pandemic, seventy years later the drill team continues to define and represent the evolving Asian American experience of its dedicated multigenerational participants.
