Event description

Forest bathing is the art of taking a “soak” in the woods.

Join poet Michael Dylan Welch for an inspirational eco-focused exploration of how forests and trees can help us improve our health and well-being, and how haiku poetry can help us be more attentive to the natural world around us.

Michael Dylan Welch is a prolific writer and translator of haiku and has been published in three Norton anthologies and numerous magazines, including The Atlantic Monthly.
