Crafting the Memoir with Arleen Williams
Are you wondering how to get started writing your memoir? Or, maybe wondering what structure your memoir might take? In this workshop, the presenter will define memoir, provide helpful writing tips, and explore various structures in which memoir can be written. Participants will complete in-class writing activities and receive a handout including an extensive bibliography.
Arleen Williams enrolled in her first writing course at age forty-nine. To date, she has published four memoirs, three novels, and co-authored a collection of easy English readers for adults. When not putting pen to paper, Arleen enjoys cycling and gardening, reading and painting, and playing with her grandchildren. www.arleenwilliams.com
